Wildlife LA - Hush House

I got to assist Wildlife LA on this project. The setup is for a recruitment tour where a recreation of an engine testing hush house is presented to a user. They sit at a terminal with a window looking into the engine test chamber and take the jet engine through its paces. I was brought on as a real-time 3D artist to assist in converting the engine file into Unity. Setting up the asset kit, tile/trim textures, as well as set dressing and lighting the surrounding environment. The engine came in as a complex untextured CAD reference model which needed to be simplified and quickly colorized. I opted for a simple swatch sheet as the modeled details would carry the visual complexity and the simple swatches would only need to drive PBR values. For the asset kit to build out the scene there were simple warehouse structural components, as well as smaller filler props for tanks, piping, rolling doors, and wheel chucks. Final scene is presented in Unity.
